Examples: Power lifting Weight lifting Body building Incorporating props to assimilate functional patterns (e.g. sledge hammer, wheel barrel, Rope, Sled and Tire drag, push and pull) Plyometric Boxes; jumping Weighted movements i.e. ankle, wrist and chest.
