- Incorporating props to assimilate functional patterns
- Time under tension, dynamic and isometric weight-body-power lifting to promote muscle growth and strength
- Primal movements i.e. stimulate not only mobility, balance but strength at joints.

Modalities/Examples: Power Lifting, Weight Lifting, Body Building, Incorporating Props to assimilate functional patterns (e.g. Sledge Hammer, Wheel Barrel, Rope, Sled and Tire Drag, Push and Pull), Plyometric Boxes, and Jumping Weighted Movements i.e. ankle, wrist and chest.
